Greetings from NASA!

Back in July, Maggie Masetti at the NASA Blueshift blog offered readers a thoughtful gesture: send in a postcard with your name and address and request an oversized retro postcard from the Goddard Space Center, and they'll send you one.  So that's what I did.

Here's what came today in response.

Is it not beeyootiful?  Yes, I think so too.

On the reverse is a cordial message from Katja Pottschmidt, who among other tasks studies X-ray binaries.  Thanks, Dr. Pottschmidt!

As far as I know, the offer still stands, so if you want a little piece of space science goodness in your mailbox, you'd best go send them a postcard ASAP.
