Mmmmnomnomnom.

So, here's why I like South Beach. This was breakfast:
Delish!Salmon and chèvre omelet with a side of gai lan. It was pretty easy to put together, too, since both the salmon and the greens were left over from dinner yesterday. Now I am ready to TAKE ON THE WORLD! Or at least wrestle with the mess on my computer desk.
